About this parkrun
Flat as a pancake, just 1metre of elevation apparently but not sure where!From start you run along a path, loop back, run along another path, loop back and do that 3 times, bit repetative but scenery is lovely. Friendly, great facilities. Lovely.

Pancake flat tarmac course with 3 ‘laps’ that involves 6 x 180° turns, still fast though. Lovely setting & very friendly.

A flat friendly run all on tarmac baths. 10% discount off drinks at the craft centre afterwards.

6 switchbacks do take their toll.
Fast time very likely.
Friendly event, worth a visit.

Flat run on tarmac paths with 3 laps. Sounded like it could be confusing from the course description but was very well marshalled and easy to follow/keep track

As everyone else says, a really nice flat course that's much simpler on the ground than it looks on the map.
