Raining here too Steve. Keep it up, you are nearly at the break even point now.

A rest day for me today.

Belted down with rain all night, but stopped before I ran this morning. The sun came out, and it was hotter than expected. I ran 8.6 miles in the forest wearing trail shoes, as the forest was nice and muddy. It was a mixture of .25 and .50 of miles efforts, with steady recoveries. Just hit the 900 mile mark.

Hi All. It's been a while.
11 weeks since being admitted to hospital with chest pains. Still no clear diagnosis yet

Have another followup with the consultant to come, but given the all clear to resume training last week. So a few 3 milers at easy pace to start this week.
So good to be back out again 😀
