Having to keep slowing down in the inside lane because someone in the outside lane is going too slowly.
Oblivious drivers sailing merrily along the A12 at 40mph.
Sitting behind someone doing 60mph in the outside lane, especially when there is NOT ONE VEHICLE in the inside lane.
Caravans deciding to overtake on a hill.
People who make it necessary for caravans to overtake.
Tractors on A roads.

Caravans in general. Get a tent or stay in a hotel/B&B, but don't clog up the roads with your crappy expensive tin cans. Taking your entire front room with you on holiday completely ruins the point of going away. Get a life. Aaargh.
