People who promise to bring you a cupcake for doing them a favour, then ring you when you are not at your desk to tell you to get one, then leave a message with someone who doesn't pass it on to you, then let other people take all of them and not save you one, and then say you can have the one they were giving to their 5 year old daughter to make you feel bad for even asking for one in the first place.

"Water-saving" toilet cisterns that only deliver half of the water they did previously, meaning the contents of one's evacuated bowels take about 4 flushes to actually disappear. One of modern life's little ironies...

People who quite rightly blame the police for Hillsborough without also including the influence of the government of the day and The (~spits on floor~) Sun 'news'paper. Sorry FR, not having a pop at you but I struggle to understand how that paper is still in existence in the 21st Century (albeit in a reincarnation).

Drivers of large vans stopped at the left side of the road with their left indicator on, who don't bother to a) change their indicator and b) check their mirrors before pulling away.

I passed a shop on Tuesday in Clayton Square shooping centre (Liverpool) and they were selling T-Shirts reference Hillsborough. You don't actually have to go far in Liverpool who was directly effected by the tragedy (one of the lads who works for me, his wife lost her Brother). The heart break and sense of injustice for those effected must at times have become unbearable - but yes Zorba you do wonder about people jumping on the band wagon.
Same as the RBLI - F*ck me, thats run by some right knobheads - infact the worst thing they ever did was bring out *HM Forces veterans badges* - bloody excuse for anyone to wear one and expect some sort of God given right to respect - in fact no, f*ck off, the country doesn't owe anything!!!
sorry that turned into a bit of a rant
