Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

There is a very narrow but busy road I go through on the school run. There are houses only on one side and they have mahoosively long driveways on which at least five cars could be parked. Yet every morning there are two cars parked on the edge of the pavement leading to queues while people wait to get past them. The driveways are always empty.

Not having an admin assistant. Spending time filing and photocopying. Is this really a suitable use of my time? Really?

You said you were hiring one months ago so do it!!

Recruitment consultants who don't think of contacting me when they have roles I would be suitable for. And then totally ignore me when I email them to ask for details.

I know I've moaned about this before, but there's one recruitment consultant in a big firm, who totally fails to contact me or respond to my emails, while her colleagues punt all kinds of stuff over to me.

1. The member of my family who keeps putting the nearly empty toothpaste tube (see previous page) upside down in the pot. I challenged them about this and they all deny it. As I seem to be the only one who actually uses it I think someone is doing this to wind me up.

2) Family members deliverately winding me up :-)

Rain.

I feel like the Pink Panther when he gets chased by own personal raincloud atm. It just seems to wait until I am outside, unprepared before starting. Yesterday's run was typical - bright sun, so I debated 'sunnies or not' - decided not as I though it would get cloudy. 15 mins later it's p*ssing down and I'm soaked.

My tub of urine testing sticks being "borrowed" from my desk.

This will turn out to be a Senior Moment Thread entry when I find where I put them.
