Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The what feels like constant stream of scrap metal vans. The first one went past at 06:45, I can now hear the tuneful "any old iron" jingle in the distance.

People who drive around with their foglights on when it is not foggy, or even mildly misty. They seems to fall into three categories;

People who use foglights instead of headlights because they think it makes their car look like a low slung sports car.

People who can't be arsed to change a dead lightbulb in one headlight and use foglights to make up for it.

People who use both.

All of whom can be neatly and efficiently summed up in the single word "Twats".

It gets there in the end but it just seems to take a long time, particularly when I'm running on my lunch hour and those precious seconds are ticking away. What does satellite reset do?

Locating satellites is obviously the Garmin grinding its gears. Very slowly, but often, not very accurately.
