The electric one has worked perfectly since day 1 - but the gas meter has been replaced, and allegedly communicates vial the electric one. And since it moved to Shell, they've had no interest in investigating and fixing the issue. ]

I’ve been doing this for years but as I won’t be rewarded as I’m not changing.
