Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That people, generally, don't put the toilet lid down.
Also men who don't put the toilet seat down, but mostly I think that issue could be avoided if everyone put the lid down, all the time.
It stops the delightful 'faecal cloud' effect when flushing as well as nearly all things accidentally falling in - I don't understand why it isn't more normalised.

An enthusiastic +1 to that. Other people's bathroom habits baffle me.

People who ignore their dog barking in the garden.

We have 2 dogs in our row of houses that do that constantly. The one that really pisses me off is the one over the back who must be left in the kitchen when the owner is out all day - it barks all day. I hear it but if I was living next door I would be reporting it.

We've a couple of dogs a few doors down who like a bark, but what really annoys me is the noisy magpies chittering in the morning, and next door's kid who never stops crying.

Actually, the kid doesn't grind my gears as much as he does worry me a little.

If the lid was kept down all the time there would be a terrible mess.

The fishwife who love next door to us has quietened over the years her children have grown up.

They do now have 3 annoying little howling and yapping dose though!
Everything changes over time.
