Got to say I've worked in commerce since 1979 and I have NEVER in my life seen a kiss (x) at the end of a work related email, letter, fax, memo, telex or any other medium of communication. And the day that I do is the day I retire. I see it quite often on texts or WhatsApp messages, it’s slightly disconcerting when it’s from one of the younger lads at work.

(Presumably they have a better method for dealing with the mobs.) Teenagers (in particular) absorbed in their mobile phones who don't look up as they come towards you. And who veer around the path at the same time. Grumpy? Moi?
