It seems that despite getting the All Done acknowledgement when completing the form, I didn't get a confirmation e-mail. There was I along with thousands of others checking our in-boxes all day for something which was (and is probably) never going to arrive.

(Context: Email to festival organisers ... “Do you have sniffer dogs on the gates ? Asking for a friend who’s allergic to dogs.”) Five years later in completely inappropriate contexts, it’s not the slightest bit funny. E.g. “So is Covid over or is it half time ? Asking for a friend.”
