I've also almost got into arguments with some people when they are convinced that I am pulling their leg.

I angled my van to protect them and jumped out to help them push their van UPHILL and to safety. Once at the top of the hill they jumped into the van and set off rolling down the other side, without so much as a wave of thanks......... Really ground my gears.....
