Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Maybe contact upper management who on a constant basis increase their targets & put them under undue stress then?

Nae excuse for rudeness to customers, but retail staff suffer constant abuse from customers.

Sites like booking.com and skiphireuk that make it very difficult to find direct contact details for business via Google.

I'm polite to all staff, but these have horrendous manners. Don't do a customer service job if you've no customer service skills. [This is why I'm not in CS ;) ] Sadly the managers are no better. I usually just go elsewhere, but my housemate is limited by his mobility and the roads here.

I’m old enough to remember shop workers working through a pandemic while loads of others hid in their houses on teams.

Cutting staff to the bone & increased workloads doesn’t aid CS skills, like it or lump it.

Hmm, wasn't just shop workers. You appear to be sloping off on a mental tangent.
