[in the online NHS Equality and Diversity training, it asks a question about how a visitor should be treated, to which one option is "how I would want to be treated". This is a wrong answer because - apparently - we're not psychic and therefore unable to determine whether someone else wants to be treated that way. My counter argument is that I want to be treated equally, professionally, and with dignity and respect, and I fail to see how this is a wrong answer.]

Fortunately, a friend had reminded me about the pre-payment certificate (which I need to sort) so have the right receipt to claim back this money. It would have been nice at one of my many appointments before starting for someone at the hospital to tell me this too

So you’ll only need to buy 3 a year which is cheaper than a 1 year certificate.
