Persistent barking from 10pm onwards can be rather frustrating. I can only assume the owners meet one or more of the following criteria: a) aren't at home much b) are deaf c) live in noise-cancelling headphones d) spend a lot of time high e) sleep like the dead

Two reasons this grinds my gears. 1. Dilution of the meaning of 'discrimination' which lots of people experience every day and which severely impacts their lives. 2. The sheer bloody entitlement.
