Either you only get one row, or if you've chosen to insert multiple rows, it inserts them not above the row you have clicked on. I expect there is a way to get them where you want them, but it will be too fussy by far.

When it didn’t arrive and we followed up, they told us their couriers don’t deliver on bank holidays and they were “sorry that you didn’t anticipate that”, also sorry that I was “confused” by the email saying it would arrive the next day. Grr.

Have I got to stay in all day for a day either way? The company in question are so bad that I have had about seven of these 'on or around' dates - all of which have come and gone. They then have the nerve to use Covid-19 as an excuse and have not addressed any of my correspondence. Have resorted to file a Chargeback claim form against them but that could take another year. Just glad that my workplace reimbursed my costs already.
