And the use of 'going forward' when they mean 'in the future'. (I think there is just about, possibly, an argument that sometimes 'going forward' is appropriate, but it's only in specific circumstances) And anyone who says "we will be going forward with this from the get-go" should be shot.

I had to stand up really carefully when I was done as I was worried I’d leave the seat of my trousers stick to the chair.
