Plus, the addition of stock phrases such as 'We must meet up next year' when neither party has made any effort to do so in the last 10 years, and is unlikely to change this m.o. due to a comment in a card with a robin on it. #humbug

(Not that it affects me this morning, but it was the same in the last hospital I was in.)
