A while later I decided that I no longer wanted to receive any form of contact and clicked on the 'unsubscribe' button ... it took many months and many further attempts to sever links . As a last ditch attempt I faked a series of increasingly frantic and irate complaints ... what seemed to eventually work was threatening them with going to the police over being purposely 'hassled and stalked' when I had been patiently endeavouring to break links, mentioning that I had screen shots of everything but the first few attempts to unsubscribe ]
