I really wish you would stop copying my training sessions. I am really getting fed up of you stealing my routes and copying my sessions. Surely you can make up your own. From now on anything new I want to try will be private on |

Just got one from Tesco where for Yes to 'Do you want to keep receiving special offers and helpful information from us be email' means :- Brilliant – in that case, you don't need to do anything We'll continue to send you all of the great offers and info you currently receive. And remember, you're free to change your mind at any time. Whereas Waitrose/John Lewis requires a response ... |

There are twin boys in my son's class at school who are extremely pedantic like that. If you held up five fingers they would say it was four fingers and a thumb, or vice versa just so they can have they final word.

Re: GDPR - if I remember correctly from something Fetch posted, if a company has previously asked you to opt in, they don’t have to ask you again now.

My understanding is if the opt in was a genuine one i.e. "tick this box to receive contact via email", and not "untick here not to not receive no spam from someone other than us via any means or some manner", then it's ok.

[Many years ago I opted into a receive weekly emails (etc) from us and only us from a website. A while later I decided that I no longer wanted to receive any form of contact and clicked on the 'unsubscribe' button ... it took many months and many further attempts to sever links ![]() ![]() |
