decorum May 2017 3:16pm, 15 May 2017 1,971 posts	Quote 1 pin decorum Utility companies which dig up footways on both sides of a road at the same time, put no pedestrian barriers to try to give some protective right of way, provide no assistance to wheelchair users to get onto and off the kerb, dig across one half of road junctions without providing road users a way of avoiding oncoming traffic. That stretch of road has been quite interesting for the past fortnight!
