BT wasting over an hour of my time when all I wanted to know was the process to obtain a System Access Request. 50 minutes of a junior telling me I needed to hear their manager's voice on the phone, 10 minutes of a supervisor reading back, then 5 minutes to answer the question. The organisation seems to go to extraordinary lengths to annoy customers while avoiding solving problems.
