Is Person X suggesting that cause Y is really killing over three-quarters of a million in the UK every year? Or is that worldwide? Would there be any reliable basis for such a statistic should it be worldwide? Or am I grinding my own gears for bothering about such a thing in the face of someone else's personal tragedy?
