Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

When you buy a bit of meat and it is rubbish and you wonder why you don't just revert to being vegetarian.

[When you get the bacon sandwich and the bacon fat is still all white and wobbly. Yuk]

[or they've been really tight with the bacon and there's only one sad, wobbly bit sat there on the bread. Come to my house, there'll be plenty of bacon, and it will be cooked properly! With a choice of many condiments and butter on the bread.]

If you win Parkrun, don't then warm down by running the course again making everyone else feel crap who may well be chasing their own PB or even just be out enjoying a family run. You look like a tosser, offered no encouragement to anyone else and seem to be completely out of touch with what the event is about. Big fish, little pond. My mate was ruunning and couldn't understand what this tosser thought he has doing for anyone else's confidence. Go run a club race you tool or is that too competitive?

Tesco food love stories. Do one. I want fresh, reasonable and simply priced and ethically sourced products. No idea how these made up stories are supposed to enlighten me on whether I'm likely to get this at my local superstore....

Similarly, Food Dancing. Sainsbury's trying to start A Thing. Bloody stop it.

[There used to be a cure for seasickness involving tying bacon fat to a bit of string, swallowing the fat, and wobbling the string. Not sure about the 'cure' part.]
