Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Shop staff who spend literally 5 minutes chatting to the customer in front when they can see you're waiting and in a hurry. And then act all passive aggressive about it to boot. You don't get paid to fucking talk to people for ages, you get paid to fucking scan my fucking shopping. I'm all for a bit of chit chat but she was taking the piss and was then rude.

Thinking of something interesting or vaguely important to look up on the internet. Then the instant I get on the computer, I forget what it was I was going to look at.

That's me completely. Sometimes I get to the computer have a thing in mind then think of a second thing. And like an idiot I look up the second thing first.

And after that my mind is blank.

Cafes and restaurants where your order is tapped into a handheld device. It takes longer and, more importantly, it reduces the human contact element of the service.

If the job was done properly then the staff would never have to ask "who is having the...".

XB, they should go to Austria and see the system working, especially when the kitchen is switched on - so efficient.

I try to write down things that I want to look up - it goes in phases though. I usually remember what I wanted to look up just as I close down the computer.

When the main part of your dinner takes twice as long to cook as it states on the instructions.
I've eaten the pasta and veggies, the chicken is STILL in the oven...
