And then act all passive aggressive about it to boot. You don't get paid to fucking talk to people for ages, you get paid to fucking scan my fucking shopping. I'm all for a bit of chit chat but she was taking the piss and was then rude.

I try to write down things that I want to look up - it goes in phases though. I usually remember what I wanted to look up just as I close down the computer.
