Ringing to find out if I am happy with their phone service and the package that I'm on with them, but using it as an intro to try and sell me their broadband. I asked if there was a more appropriate phone package for my usage, to which they suggested that I look on their website to review their phone packages. Not interested in helping me with that question one iota!

Surely if it can contain letters, it can't be called a PIN. In fact, as it has to be at least 9 characters, most people's are likely to be more letters than numbers. And of course, everyone keeps calling it a PIN number. bites tongue
