Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What's the smoothest thing you can think of?

I’d like to amend Barry White with Luther Vandross eating Galaxy on silk sheets. In fact, Barry White AND Luther Vandross eating Galaxy on silk sheets whilst singing a duet.

Can't think of anything else that hasn't been mentioned but if I think if anything I'll post later.

Highest pacing score I've noticed for me was when I ran a 5 mile race at the beginning of this month. It was on a flat, three lap course. I got a 97% score for that.

The Mach 3? The first blade cuts close, the second blade cuts closer, the third one is positively dangerous?

I want to make some badges to reward people for smooth pacing (see the 'Pacing' percentage on your training runs).

To help me design a couple of badges, can you help me come up with some good similes?

I'm thinking of stuff like "as smooth as a baby's backside", or "as smooth as Barry White drinking John Smiths".

I'll leave that with you.

But also... what's the highest pacing score you've had on your log? I typically get 94-95 on my consistent-paced ...
