Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

My knees are a wee bit achy. Will play it by ear and not run til I have no aches. Feet are OK, compeeds still attached in a couple of places. Midgie bites are scabbing over now! Not as many as last year thank god.

Good to see everyone is healing well.. I'm hoping to read a few blogs if I ever find the time., work is a bit hectic this week and been racing the last few nights with the final one tonight.

Got to say my legs are feeling the effects of the relay and it was only 14.5m.

Enjoy your rest and come back fresh :-)

I am off to Edinburgh for a fortnight tomorrow and there is a big yoga studio just near our flat, so I am planning on doing a lot of yoga whilst I'm away. I'll take kit so I can do a couple of jogs around Arthur's Seat etc, but I am not going to push my luck for the Devil.

184 post since i last looked!

Had a wonderful weekend at the whw and I'm so proud of so many people for lots of different reason. Said it so many times, the whw race is far more than just running 95 miles through the highlands. I feel privileged to be part of it. Going to catch up on the blogs soon.

Lucky enough to have a few days afterwards wandering Scotland. :-)
