Quick reminder for those who haven't yet seen it of kwala's instructions re getting stuff to Fetchpoint: I am aware that some of you have friends or family that will be bringing your specific requirements along to FP. Others of you have asked if there will be somewhere to drop stuff off at Expo. The answer is yes you can drop off stuff for Fetchpoint at the Runners World stand but make sure you are clear that it is for Fetcheveryone, or it will end up at Mudchute with the RW stuff!!! and there may be some of you thinking "help, I can't use either of those options" So can I ask those of you with specific requests for food, drinks etc to update the spreadie in col I with "Expo / Fetchpoint / HELP " as applicable, to help us get ourselves organised. Link is here-----> docs.google.com NB if you can't easily get your stuff to Fetchpoint/Expo and it's not insanely expensive I'll happily get it for you and take it along. You can pay me as you pass ![]() |

Cheers everyone for the good wishes. ITB definitely seems to be sorted now. Just a shame the kids gave me there cold over the weekend. ![]() Ah well these things are sent to try us. Worst is over and doctor said chest is clear so still being positive and looking forward to finishing work on Wednesday and then expo Thursday and long, long London weekend for VLM. :D Might even squeeze in a slow Park Run at Regents Park on Saturday to stretch the legs. ![]() |
