But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Think it depends on the trainer. Mine was (have just taken down) I'm the conservatory but wasn't particularly noisy

I ended up not using it again as my family can't bear the noise. Maybe I'll have to put it out in the garden.

When I used my turbo on a hard wooden floor it was quite loud. Some sort of mat (old yoga mat, rubber gym floor mat, I think there are specific turbo mats that Halfords etc sell) will deaden the sound to a degree, but it does depend on the model you're using.
