"Intensity" on android (red icon) is decent. You can follow well known programs for free, like strong lifts, 5x5, etc.

I think you pay if you need to add complexity.

I tend to just track on Google sheets. I can access that on my phone and I just make a short notes. I colour a cell in so I know I did it.

I expect if you asked on the thread ladies that lift for example that there would be suggestions

I've tried note pad (lost pen!) and notes on phone (effort haha)

Garmin tracks reps (or it does on the Strength widget).

I have to say, I can just remember the weights and reps that I do for 1 hour's worth of exercises. I then write them down longhand in Fetch training notes!

I have put in a feature request for the Garmin reps and sets from Strength to be imported. But I was supposed to send Fetch an example Garmin .FIT file and never did! Must get round to it! :-) G

my fenix never seems to record the correct amount of reps and I never press the button between sets!

My Garmin (Vivoactive 4) will record a random number of reps (and no sets) if I don't manually press pause. But if I do pause and hence indicate sets, rests and next set, it does a reasonable job. I do that in Bodypump and it does a reasonable guess of what exercises too!

I've sent the example TCX and FIT files to Fetch to see if he can/wants to do anything about more intelligent importing of cross train records into the Fetch logs. :-) G

So injury forces a (hopefully) temporary change to training.

An opportunity to increase volume with weight training.... but what do you use to track it?
