2 days left to go of 2013. Hurry up I'm bored of this year. 53.5 hours short of target Logged a staggering 13 hours running. Cycling is stuck at 666 miles. Bad karma number? Will have one last wee push to try and round them up and hit 200 hrs before the bells. |

I've had a very low-training December and am 24 hours short of 1000 hours for the year. No. Just no. No bleedin' way. I'll be very happy to round it up to 978 |

I quite fancy a run in that, probably only because I'm at work and then out until after dark so I can't have one Not risking the tready after crocking myself on it. Looks like it'll be the turbo. Not for more than an hour, though, that would really suck. |

Merry Christmas & Happy NewG(rrr)
I did a tready a week before Christmas - not because it was cold, wet and windy, but because I was short of time and I was more likely to get to Pilates via the gym, than via the hotel grounds (with the attendant layers, GPS and head torch fiddling etc.) So, you made me look - 523 plus an hour tomorrow or so for a run and maybe pilates, my highest ever year both in distance run and in time. Proportion non-running has dropped a bit, which is a shame but still 31%, which I'm happy with. Thanks for being there to help with the push for non-running, you lovely Total Training Time Trackers you! Hope you had a Happy Christmas and wishing you all a Grrreat 2014 :-)G |
