Got myself out the door for a walk eventually.

I’m murder as I know if I don’t go first thing I probably won’t go and although everyone thinks I’m the bubbly sociable one (which I am) I also shy and won’t be the one who asks for company for a walk or a run. It’s something I need to address :-(

Anyway that’s my wallowing done and tomorrow I will be better.

Hugs to Carp and LG. Going back a few pages, my running is also nowhere near where its been in the past. My parkrun PB is 20.45 and I was pleased with 26.15 yesterday as it's a step in the right direction towards getting under 25 mins again. Today's run was 7 miles and it felt hard at the start and finish but it's done and overall I really enjoyed it.

Have spent half the dsy singing (very badly) to George Michael while doing jobs around the house (I forgot how much happier I am listening to music as I potter) and the other half walking the dog or zwifting.
