I took one on my run and stopped on a bridge over our little river, to have a look around and ate it before coming home. It felt more like an outing than just a run and was really enjoyable.

Also started PT in short sleeves - a first for thsi year, but the weather looks dire tomorrow. I need to get outisde again to make the most of it today. I am practising my rubik cube each day as the other day I thought I had forgotten how to do it!

Rather than just getting bored I have downloaded some sample kindle books It's been noted I lack self esteem and tend to panic/think worse case so I am reading up about NLP and CBT. 1 because I don't actually know the difference and 2 it may help!

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
