Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I phoned my doctors practice this morning about my leg issue, doctor called back for a telephone consultation then she sent a link for me to send a photo, suspected cellulitis which is what dr google had already told me.

Hope it soon gets sorted Mrs J. Did they ask you to send a photo with you pointing to where it hurt - (remember when cabletow asked everyone to do that with their running injuries!)

Coffee made in the brukit tastes better when sitting in the door of a tent looking at a lovely view. It doesn’t have the same effect when used on the kitchen worktop.

Popcorn says ‘thanks. Yes, I *am* pretty, aren’t I?’ (Well I haven’t seen him, but that’s probably what he would say.)

I have a virtual ticket to be in a virtual audience for a QI recording tonight. I’m not sure how well it will work, but we’ll see.

Todays Newt: second run/walk and this time I remembered to STRETCH, by the pond, in the sunshine. Almost warm enough for newt leggings...
Oh and I can't remember when I last stretched after a run!

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
