Good people of the hotel

I have been in a big old dark and pokey hole, I have now removed myself from that dark and smelly place and rejoined civilised society ( so why I am here God only knows)

I look forward to becoming reacquainted with residents old and new.

I may even buck the trend and do some training

Welcome back!

I have done notmuch today. Tomorrow I shall cycle and Thursday I shall swim. I have shhhh entered a small local Tri at a local lake (for local people) shhh thus probably ought to venture into a lake beforehand. As long as I can do up the wetsuit (ah.)
