I think Claire will win as Siralun seems to like her and she is similar in work attitude to Ruth Badger. I think he regrets not giving the job to Ruth a couple of series ago.

Claire is the most competent one of all of them and reminds me of the Badger. Though it did amuse me when she made that comment about sitting there like a lemon, when she did look remarkably like a lemon herself in that yellow top!
