Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How do you set swimming zones? When I click on the colour bar in a swim training page, it lets me set running and biking only.

(I also noticed the zones in the weekly training summary are in pace, not speed for biking. That could do with an update to match the biking zones you set in a training page)

@Oranj that explains the problem I was having I think, hadn't noticed the bike zones were pace not speed! Makes sense now!

It would be useful to either have a summary of these over a period of time, or just be able to specify a time period - ie how does my pace/hr zone training track over the last three/six months for those that subscribe to a 80/20 regime. Weeks could replace days to give a longer term trends and identify deficiencies.

Indeed - my plan is to produce a multi-week view next, that will allow you to see this sort of thing. I was in Devon last week, and have more school holiday shenanigans to navigate, but it's definitely coming soon to a screen near you.

I seem to have a problem setting these. If I slide the blob to where I want it in say zone 1 then as soon as I set zone 2 , zone 1 also moves. I only have little fingers so I don’t think it’s that so perhaps it’s because it’s on my iPhone rather than a laptop ?

The red one needs to be the fastest one - does that help?
