Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

BAroness - you can set up as many BBC logins as you fancy, and vote before you have “authorised” the link via email. I had several available for lots of voting goodness, though mainly because family members had forgotten their account details on the night so needed to set up new ones for their 6 votes (helps that in principle I have access to an unlimited number of email addresses too, but didn’t need to use them).

Probably because I knew she hadn’t won I enjoyed Debbies performances for the first time. Show dance was too many lifts but loved the tango. I was sorry Alexandra didn’t get to do her AT though which was even better - I don’t think her choreography was good enough to push her and they were so busy trying to make her more sympathetic they lost opportunities to put all her drive and determination to be loved and to win to the best use. Gemma was likeable and stepped up for Alijaz and for the pleasure of dancing and I loved that it wasn’t about winning for her. And joe had the stand out moments for me outside Alexandra’s AT and some of them came off so I think he did deserve to win, his pro may have made Strictly less fun and harder than anyone other but he stepped up and I loved the risks she made him take. And he did some lovely shaping.
So I’m glad he won overall :-)

Just watched it catch up. Easy to not know if you choose.

Whizzed through all the rubbish. i.e. judges. Winkleman and daly being stupid pulling faces and not funny and just watched tbe dances.

If you ask me alex is the best dancer but Joe has improved the most so fair enough.

All the sqealing at the end was quite ridiculous.

The squealing did get a bit much but I prefer it to crying.

The squealing has annoyed me every week!

I watched on catchup this morning without knowing the result, though I did skip the third dances.

I liked Gemma’s showdance the best, but also loved the inventiveness of Joe’s.

Pleased for Joe to win, though I wouldn’t have been disappointed if any of the others had won.

I enjoyed it. I think Alexandra was the better dancer over the three dances, but I'm happy with Joe winning. I really enjoyed watching Debbie's AT, it was excellent (shame they picked the salsa for her though)

I really enjoyed the final! I voted for Joe and Alexandra - I'd not been that keen on her but I just loved the Tina Turner dance
the absolute winner for me was Katya's amazing dress miracle - I've watched it back several times :)

I watched on record, and immediately re-wound to see what happened with Katya’s dress, I blinked and missed it first time.
