I last decided to do this challenge in Dec 19 and on the 28th Nov fell over and broke my arm. I decided to do it this month and 3 days in stacked it again and twisted my ankle. Somebody somewhere is telling me something 😱 |

Oh no!!! I must be honest I’ve tried it twice in the past and picked up an injury early on … maybe 3rd time lucky. Hope your ankle recovers quickly and fully. Take care

That's rotten luck Looby. Hope the ankle settles quickly. I last did RtS in May 2022. Was feeling fantastic towards the end of the month, stronger than I'd been for years... then caught covid right at the end and the stuffing was knocked out of me for what felt like ages

Oh heck LD! I was reading you post and thinking I actually feel so much better at the end than I did at the beginning. I won’t necessarily continue with a streak but I do feel fairly strong at the end. |

Anyone else doing Run the Sum this month? I’m trying to do the imperial version. So far it’s going well. I’m pretty much doing the bare minimum, but have had low mileage for a few months. This month I’ve already run 2.5 the distance I did for whole of last month!

Thanks Night-owl, it will be quite a lot of mileage. Interestingly, I have the lowest mileage out of the people who have full points in run the sum, so it’s putting me at the top of the list! 😀
