Thanks MrT, I stopped running and restarted the watch so I knew I'd got the minimum done . I just don't know why at 1.83km (so not even a mile equivalent) it decided to start a new lap from 0.00 :-0

Well done everyone who's still in - we've all made it to half way!

7.03 miles for me today to keep me on target for the Imperial version :-)

Well done everybody still in :)

Particular shout to Little Nell and the three others who are still on course for an Imperial with me. Next two days - big miles on a work day/night - are going to be a challenge for me but if I can get through those then I can rein in a bit until next weekend.

So I have something to look back to

Three on course for Imperial at mid-afternoon on the 18th
Myself
Steve Shaughnessy
Arif

Two who were on course at the end of the 17th

Errr.... unless I'm getting very confused, I think it's still the 17th today - so just back from 8 miles. If not I need to pop out for another mile!

If I make it through it will be 4th time lucky for me, having been thwarted in October by a work crisis, November by needing to self isolate because of Covid, and December by my wife being hospitalised with Covid. 19 miles over the next two days is going to be tough - but good practice for the end of the following week!!

Best of luck EdJ! I notice we appear to be neck-and-neck in terms of mileage on the 1200 miles for the year chart :-) Hope your wife is getting better!!!

Good luck to you too, Jenni-far-far and CumbriAndy.

Thanks for the round up CumbriAndy - how are you finding out the information about who's still in for the Imperial version?

I was thinking it would be good if the RtS grid could show a different coloured square for folks who have achieved a distance for the Imperial version (maybe a darker green) on any given day - what do people think?

I think that would be fair as the Imperial distance is special!

Morning LN - nothing clever about finding the information - just a trawl through the training logs of those with maximum points/a full set of green squares and an 'efficiency' score at least 1.6x the minimum. If you start too early in the month, it's a big job but leave it to this stage it becomes much easier.

About This Thread

Maintained by fetcheveryone
1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
