RANT - BRING BACK COTTON T SHIRTS

Long sleeve, hi viz, big logos, minimalist logos.... Cotton tees are great for wearing post race. I yell this rant from a glass house, I have helped organise race memento tech tees myself. THE SHAME!!!

At least with a tech-t I can train in it, but a cotton one is essentially an expensive rag to get stuffed into a drawer never to be used. I'd rather they didn't do a momento at all rather than a cotton one. Though frankly I think there is too much emphasis given to race momentos; unless you're going to do something truly interesting and novel I'd rather race organisers didn't bother and concentrated on putting on a good race.

There seems to be an increasing number of races I'm entering where the T shirts is an added extra which you pay for seperately .... that's all good for me
