Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done @Surelynot - I agree about the structure, all feels purposeful.

I like the structure too, it was how I was taught initially once I got up to a reasonable distance before I started marathon training. Definitely an advocate of the plan. I might sign up again once the weather eases a bit, it might just give me the motivation to get out running frequently again.

A long run done - not to pace as it's still pretty icy underfoot, but it's all miles in the bank as they say.

I've come down with another cold, and running is out of the question. I'm going to quit and restart Joker when I'm better. Since I got Covid, I seem to be getting lots more colds. Or perhaps I'm just getting old.

I'm going to restart as it's an excellent programme.

Good luck all.

Oh no that's frustrating @Surelynot, I hope you're feeling better soon and back to PJ when you're up to it.

Bad timing for you @Surelynot - hope you're soon better. Just done this week's threshold run, which felt much better than last week!

Well done @Autumnleaves for getting the threshold run done, the better underfoot conditions make it much safer outside and better than a dreadmill.
