Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

LB, nice post 12035.
HOD, Always try and "do" less (the pull should feel very light at all speeds), with practice it just feels like a constant drum beat....bom bom bom bom, up up up up, bom bom bom bom that never stops.

Make sure you keep on top of practicing the tapping drill and get the hamstring action correct.

Don't try *too* hard nobody gets it perfect right away (well I've yet to find anyone who has).

Hod,

Yes..in the back of our mind we know gravity is going to get our body back to the ground...so we don't even need to concern ourselves with it. When need just keep the concentration on recovering that leg(via pull) for the next pose...to the next pose...

Jon

I have had the pleasure of meeting 2 who have got it very quickly, both women, both transformed their running before your very eyes, one was not too experienced as a runner, one who is. One is now a coach and, hopfully, the other will be, although her confidence is not high.

About This Thread

If you want to get people to watch you running - you need to video yourself using your mobile phone or digital camera. Side on, full length for a few strides, is sufficient. Use a cloud storage system as discussed here

And share the file with a coach or coaches for constructive comment, either in private or on the thread if you dare.
