Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Will do CT

Addizeros Fab :) I might just order them. I had a sneaky shot of Santa's on Saturday and liked them.

Thanks Jinga you should have seen the first video...lol

AA I do tense my upper body. i think it was made worse by the fact i knew i was being filmed. I thought to get myself into the habit of being relaxed could try have a nip of whiskey before each practice session. That would relax me.

Cheers CT, Size 8's ordered. Can't complain at 30 quid. Looking forward to getting 1000 miles out of them instead of my usual 400 out of my cheese wedge Asics(which have now been thrown at the back of the cupboard)

For £30 quid they're worth a try I think! And Harmeny colours too! :) Just want to say thanks again to CT for coming up and taking us through such an enjoyable clinic. I think its going to take some time for me to adjust fully to the style and for it to become second nature, but it does feel so much more efficient than my normal style so I'm sticking with it!

CT, I wanted to ask quickly...would you recomend your Mizuno Universe 2's for POSE newbies? I'm heading to the states next week and want to pick me up a pair if they are suitable. I only run in mizuno's at the mo as I know they don't cause me any bother so they would seem the obvious choice.

Nice to meet everyone, esp Magbag who kindly gave me a lift from :)G's place this morning...lifesaver! :) Thank you!

I'm home at last - had a mahoosive chinese. I'm very tired and my foot hurts. Xray ASAP to confirm what I knew at the back of my mind anyway. Ah well. I can now not feel guilty about not running for a bit :-)

CT - I have both Adizeros - in your opinion and knowing what you know about my feet are they ok for me? Better than teh Saloh for example?

Thanks to CT Boab, Mrs Boab and all attendees for a lovely weekend and. I really enjoyed helping others and learned a hell of a lot in doing so. As for the running - loved yesterday - today, Not So Good :-(

I did hugely enjoy the little run up and down with Boab though - fantastic running Boab, awesome.

The 2 has been replaced by the three recently and yes they are a nice shoe - I cannot attest to their durability though
