Oh yes - loved the white water rafting loop - was good fun watching them as I crawled round :)

But the out and back at the end was a definite killer. I would rather have had a bigger loop at the beginning.

Must have been a tough day, I was only just sub-4:10 and finished 45 out of 122.

It was tough - too hot for my liking really. There was a rain shower when I was around 4 miles from the end which was really welcome :)

A good day out apart from the pain.

I suppose I achieved my objective - to run at 4hr pace (9:09min mile) and hang on as long as possible. Unfortuantely this point was reached rather earlier on in the race than I'd anticipated - at the White Water centre (mile 13), after which my legs were like jelly. Not quite achieved negative splits: 1:59 & 2:21 for the two halves.

Got something to say?

Does anyone know if it's likely to happen? There's no hint of it on the two2go webpages and the on...
