Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Were we off again? Been busy shopping, tidying the garden and cutting the grass then cooking tea, so haven't been on.

IKEA - in/out in a few minutes, despite the crowds of dawdlers.
Lakeland - in/out in not too many minutes, although we did pick up a few more things than we'd gone in for (but they were things that had been on our list for a while, so not impulse buys).
And then we came home, via Sainsburys, where we again managed to only get stuff for lunch which was what we went in for.
Success!

Once I've dropped OH at the pub I will be bed changing and ironing.

Washing is on the line.
I've transplanted a sunflower seedling into a large pot. It's supposed to be a 5' sunflower, not one of the real giants, so hopefully the pot will be adequate. I have another to transplant but have run out of potting compost.

It rained. I brought the washing in. It stopped raining. Might just hang it indoors.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
