Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Show was too long for me to watch last night, just didn't have the attention span to watch it live. I watched it this morning and fast=forwarded through everything that wasn't a dance. Here's my summary, sort of in the order they danced:

Kym: quite a slow jive but has some potential
Tyler: lots of charm and great chemistry even if his feet are wonky looking
Jayde: loads of enthusiasm so I think she'll last a few weeks. Bit worried with how out of breath she was by the end though
Helen: lovely dance and a good partnership
Ellie S: pretty good but I do wonder how Nikita is going to manage the in-hold dances as the height difference is quite large.
Kaye: a bit wobbly, might be better in the ballroom dances
Richie: some scary faces but I think he's good enough to last a few weeks
Molly: great, can see her getting to the end
James: a faster jive but a bit ragged
Matt: odd frame, he looked like a puppet with the strings cut in some of the sections
Tony: literal cannon fodder! Possibly one of the worst first dances I've ever seen, poor bloke :-o
Will: unexpectedly loved that! :-)
Ellie T: she looked fabulous and although the QS was on the slow side she did it well
Hamza: enjoyable and he's surprisingly light on his feet. I am going to be obsessed with his hair, there's so much of it! :-)
Fleur: very good but she looked a bit out of control in parts of it

Cheers!

Going to try and watch live-ish next week. Need to get food organised so I can have something quick to prepare.

It was difficult to watch Ellie S actually. Nikita is going to have a bad back by the time this series is over and the in hold dances are where the differences and difficulties will be magnified.

I really hope the choreographers have some good strategies for them.

Great show 🙂

So - just watched on catch-up with Twiglet. Thought it was a terrific show with a very high standard for week one. My personal favourites were Will and Helen. One thing I really liked was that everyone really seemed to give their all and throw themselves in. Tony not great - but warmed to him afterwards as he was so annoyed with himself!

I watched about half an hour behind last night so I could ff through all the waffle and just see the dancing and scores!

Pretty much agree with what everyone else is saying.

Will was my favourite, Tony to leave first!

Poor Tony. He just looked awkward throughout.
I really enjoyed watching Hamza dance.

Matt Goss didn't look like he won himself many new fans, though I do think he was undermarked.

I can recommend, though, watching "Bros: After the screaming stops", the documentary about the brothers, to give something of an insight into what he's like (and a really entertaining documentary in its own rights). Him and his brothers are "characters"!

I can’t handle the dyed ‘brown’ hair when it looks like it’s been painted on in a solid colour, hair never looks like that!
