Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Excellenté!
Longest one for 3 weeks - and it's great not worrying about pace, just keeping the HR below a preset level!
11.2 miles - and loved every metre of it! :)

Half mara race at 10am - crap.

6 mile recovery run at 5pm - much better. If my legs were so good then why the **** didn't I run faster in the race?

Too wimpy to go out at planned departure time in pouring rain, hail and thunder. An hour later, only had massively strong headwinds and horribly slippy mud and wet chalk paths with huge puddles to contend with. Longest LSR ever, and seemed even longer given the conditions, sliding about and trying not to fall over. But so glad to have done it!

DNR - Fell off MTB for the first time, suppose it was bound to happen eventually. Slow motion comedy fall into a ditch with feet still firmly in toe clips :) only pride dnted though and no one saw me :)
Had to push part of the way as well, just too muddy for hybrid tyres, pedaling like bees wings and the back wheel just spinning :)
