Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ran in flat off road relay . 4x2miles around wimbledon common. Did my 2 mile leg in 12.34 which I was pleased with given the mud and blustery conditions.

DNR .Collected new dog today. 2yo black lab bitch. Rejected as gundog. Been in a kennel all her life. Absolutely terrified. Finding it a bit warm with log fire snuggled up to son watching TV but a lot happier. Methinks this is more her sort of life but her previous master would have a fit seeing her rehearsing for her new life as a couch potato

8K cross country realy race. Very hard conditions. Each lap should have been 4 kms but most (those who have done it for years and years) thought it was 0.5 long this time. Terrible conditions, lots of hills and hard work. Didn't like it much, to be honest. After finished with 4K as a team, which a nice warm down as I was the last person.

Nice 5K race this morning. Didn't quite race it, so more like a hardish 3m tempo run.
