Suffolk XC County Champs. Started sneezing yesterday & lovely runny nose today but chest ok so went for it. Only 6k for ladies but a tough 2 lap course with a killer hill on each lap & lots of mud in a soggy part of Hadleigh. 9th which qualifies me for the inter-counties in Nottingham (gee thanks) & 2nd old dear (veteran woman) & our team came 3rd so a bronze medal on a ribbon & a silver one on a slab of marble.
Cold no worse so far

Hi IanM, you are right I should have been there, glad you enjoyed it. I'm feeling fat and carp at present following xmas but will be back on 'track' v soon. me and small dog managed to get covered in mud on our Bonsall Moor run, it was great, upset a few sheep and saw a huge flock of fieldfare (i think)
