No running for me today Had a few niggles like swollen glands last week, felt slightly sick yesterday. Woke up puking, last headed for the toilet at 4 pm today. Seem to be able to keep down a bit of toast now. Can't even blame a wild night with lots of drinks, didn't really drink last night. Now 5 year old is looking very floppy, shivering and won't touch food, so looks like it'll be a fun night. Was really looking forward to my 10 miles along the river today

No running for me either, my marathon training schedule starts tomorrow. Not sure whether I should go out with my running club, I should make it another New Year's resolution to go each Tuesday and Thursday!!

brilliant, my first fell run as such, 5 miles from Fox house down to Grindleford station and back with a bacon sarnie in the cafe half way obviously not too serious a run

Applecross
Seven miler on some well-lit (apart from where the gales b*ggered the power lines!) main roads in relatively posh areas. Was a new route for me, but felt safe, so no excuses not to run cos it's too dark/cold/wet now. First run where I've felt okay since having cold
