Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No running for me today :( Had a few niggles like swollen glands last week, felt slightly sick yesterday. Woke up puking, last headed for the toilet at 4 pm today. Seem to be able to keep down a bit of toast now. Can't even blame a wild night with lots of drinks, didn't really drink last night. Now 5 year old is looking very floppy, shivering and won't touch food, so looks like it'll be a fun night. Was really looking forward to my 10 miles along the river today :(

No running for me either, my marathon training schedule starts tomorrow. Not sure whether I should go out with my running club, I should make it another New Year's resolution to go each Tuesday and Thursday!!

Seven miler on some well-lit (apart from where the gales b*ggered the power lines!) main roads in relatively posh areas. Was a new route for me, but felt safe, so no excuses not to run cos it's too dark/cold/wet now. First run where I've felt okay since having cold :-)
